In Uganda, the Interior Ministry's anti-human trafficking task force is distributing books to children deemed at high risk of being trafficked. By promoting literacy and supporting prevention initiatives, the government is addressing one of the root causes of trafficking. Books for Africa is one of the organizations that collects and helps distribute these books. They're seeking donations of both fiction and non-fiction books published in the last 15 years.
