Zooniverse's Slavery From Space project allows for volunteers to assist and contribute to ending slavery by mapping potential brick kiln sites that could use slave labor.
Slavery From Space focuses on brick kilns specifically because up to 68% of the 4.4 -5.2 million brick kiln workers in South Asia are estimated to be working in bonded or forced labor conditions—this includes 19% of workers under the age of 18.
