IJPC, a nonprofit dedicated to fighting for social justice, has released two new resources for the community:
- A media toolkit intended for journalists and reporters. It includes best practices for reporting on human trafficking as well as a list of potential experts willing to be used as sources.
- A public toolkit. It is an accessible guide to what human trafficking is and how you can act to end trafficking. There is also other helpful information, such as debunking common myths about trafficking.
As described on IJPC's website, the cover image for the toolkits is a lotus flower, which grows in the mud. The deeper and thicker the mud, the more beautifully the lotus blooms. To review the toolkits, click the button above.
