The Polaris Project is asking you to help urge congress to strengthen anti- human trafficking programs by signing an online petition to reauthorize the Trafficking Victims Protection Act. The Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) is the “cornerstone of Federal human trafficking legislation, and established several methods of prosecuting traffickers, preventing human trafficking, and protecting victims and survivors of trafficking.”
The TVPA is up for reauthorization this year. Tell Congress this matters to you by singing this petition.
