November 16th is the International Day for Tolerance. Celebrate by sharing the importance of having tolerance when dealing with human rights issues such as modern day slavery.

Tigers Against Trafficking is a group of LSU students firmly committed to playing our part in the abolition of modern-day slavery. Our heart is to mobilize both the student body and local community to actively address this injustice on a global scale. No one person can fight this alone, but together we can be a powerful force against injustice.

The 30th Anniversary of the Mauritanian Genocide
On November 25 2019 at 4PM, the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center will be hosting an event in honor of victims of enslavement and murder in the northwest African country of Mauritania. It will feature speakers, activists, and advocates.
