History

Urban Light is a grassroots organization made up of a community of individuals dedicated to helping boys who are victims of trafficking and exploitation. Based in Chiang Mai, Thailand, the Urban Light Youth Center rebuilds, restores and empowers boys who work in the red light district by providing education, health services, housing and emergency care.

Mission

To improve the lives of boys at risk of exploitation and trafficking by fostering personal development, increasing access to services and creating a safe and nurturing environment to restore and empower them to grow and seek new opportunities by helping them to create a life free of sexual exploitation

Vision

To empower at-risk young males in Thailand to live a life outside of the grasp of exploitation and trafficking
